This award-winning Real Estate team is looking to recruit an English Qualified Associate (1-4PQE) to be based in the Glasgow office. 

Working as part of this friendly, market leading, cross-border Real Estate team you will experience a range of real estate transactions with a particular focus on the energy sector including energy networks and important Net Zero-focussed energy transition projects.

You will regularly deal with multi-million pound transactions and act for providers of critical energy infrastructure and projects. The Real Estate team advises on all of the traditional real estate asset classes but, along with renewables and energy infrastructure, is also known for its leading role in a number of the more recent alternative real estate asset classes including student accommodation, hotels & leisure and the PRS sector.

The successful candidate will:

• Have gained excellent relevant experience from a recognised real estate department of a major or medium sized firm.
• Ideally have experience in the region of 1-4 PQE (although other experience levels will be considered), and admitted in England & Wales.
• Be able to demonstrate an interest in, and enthusiasm for, the commercial property industry and, in particular the energy sector.
