Employment Solicitor / Associate (2+ PQE)

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join one of Scotland's most respected and growing employment teams. Our client is seeking ambitious Employment Solicitors at both 2–5 years' PQE and 6+ years' PQE to become part of a highly regarded practice acting for an impressive portfolio of employer clients, including many well-known national and international businesses.

The Opportunity

You'll advise employer clients across the full spectrum of employment law, including:

• Tribunal litigation and advocacy
• Day-to-day employment advisory work
• Complex disciplinary, grievance and dismissal matters
• TUPE and business transfers
• Collective redundancies and organisational change projects
• Industrial relations and collective bargaining
• Employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Delivering client training and contributing to business development initiatives

You'll also work closely with colleagues across corporate, immigration, pensions, tax and other specialist practice areas to deliver seamless, commercial advice.

About You

We're interested in hearing from Scottish or English qualified solicitors who have:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in employment law
• Strong experience advising employer clients
• Excellent technical ability combined with commercial awareness
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach to client service
• An ambition to develop their career within a market-leading team

Experience acting for employees is welcomed but not essential.
