A new opportunity has been created for an Employment Solicitor to join this national law firm, the role could be based from a number of offices nationally which includes Glasgow. Applicants will ideally have 3-6 years of relevant PQE.

This market leading Employment, Pensions and Immigration team advises employers across the UK on all aspects of employment, pensions and immigration law. Their clients are some of the UK's largest and best known employers and they believe that the quality of their clients and strength of these client relationships speaks volumes about the quality of the service they provide.

The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload of employment work including advocacy, and provide HR employment law advice to clients.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of employment work
• Provide HR employment law advice to a wide range of clients
• Conduct advocacy at Employment Tribunals
• Assist other members of the team with their caseloads as appropriate
• Draft articles and legal updates
• Assist with business development initiatives including training and networking
