About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly ranked Employment & Immigration team, advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues. The role involves employment litigation, HR advisory work, drafting policies and procedures, transactional support, and delivering client training. You’ll work with clients across the UK and internationally, supporting colleagues on employment-related aspects of transactions and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employment tribunal cases, including drafting submissions and witness statements
• Provide day-to-day employment law advice to clients
• Review contracts, policies, and procedures
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements
• Deliver training sessions on employment law
• Support business development and team growth

About You

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in employment law
• Strong communication and research skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Collaborative team player with commercial awareness
• Enthusiastic about employment law and client service
