A leading UK property and development group is seeking an experienced Construction Document Controller to join its expanding project delivery team. Your New Role

As Construction Document Controller, you will play a central role in managing all project documentation across multiple concurrent construction programmes. You will support project managers, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and robust document governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing documentation workflows across major construction schemes
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant records using industry-standard platforms
  • Coordinating drawing revisions, approvals, and controlled distribution
  • Supporting design, procurement, and delivery stages with timely documentation
  • Preparing project registers, status reports, audit trails, and governance packs
  • Ensuring document control procedures are adhered to across all project stakeholders

This role offers the chance to work within fast-paced, technically demanding datacentre environments as well as high-end hospitality and office developments requiring exceptional detail and precision.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in a construction or engineering document control role
  • Proficiency with systems such as Viewpoint, Aconex, Asite, or similar
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
