Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Defender Personal Injury Associate or Senior Associate to join a well-established and highly regarded Scottish law firm with a strong reputation in insurance and litigation work. This role offers exposure to high-quality work within a collaborative and progressive team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of defender personal injury claims, acting on behalf of insurer clients. Work will include:

• Motor and RTA claims
• Employer’s liability
• Public liability
• Litigated matters in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session

The position offers the autonomy to handle your own files alongside the opportunity to work closely with senior team members on more complex claims.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from solicitors who:

• Are qualified in Scotland (ideally 3+ years’ PQE)
• Possess experience in defender personal injury litigation
• Are comfortable managing a caseload and appearing in court
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
• Have a proactive, team-oriented approach
