Salary - £27K

 

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Finance Administrator to join a busy and professional team based in Glasgow City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is immediately available and looking for a short-term role within a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing Credit Control Mailbox
  • Filing, scanning, and document management
  • Supporting other departments as required

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
