This leading independent Scottish Law firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join the award-winning Corporate Finance team. The role could be based from any of the firm's offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh or Aberdeen and also offers the chance to work part of the week remotely.

The role would suit a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor (Newly Qualified - 4 years PQE) who is pragmatic, results focussed and able to work under pressure and to tight timescales as a key member of the team. The work on offer will involve providing corporate and commercial advice to a range of clients on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate work.

The training and opportunities for personal development in the corporate finance team are second to none so limited experience should not put you off. They would be keen to hear from qualified lawyers who have some corporate experience alongside a positive attitude, a focus on quality and a determination to provide a first-class service.
