They act for a variety of clients from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors.

Requirements...

Applicants should have at least 6 years of PQE gained in Corporate M&A and Private Equity transactions and ideally be a qualified Solicitor in Scotland or England & Wales. Strong candidates with less experience would also be invited to apply.
