This international law firm, has a new requirement for a Corporate Managing Associate to join the team. The role could be based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh and also offers flexible working.

The Corporate team spans all of the firm's UK offices and four of the firm's overseas offices. It provides a full-service offering and includes transactional experience across M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Public Company Takeovers, Private Equity, Structured Real Estate and Professional Practices. The team advises on the full range of both transactional and non-transactional corporate work and works with a wide range of UK and international clients.

The successful candidate will join a high performing, cohesive and busy team with excellent prospects for career development.  You will handle your own matters and assist the Partners on more complex transactions. The team has a strong reputation for providing Associates with early levels of responsibility within a supportive, stretching environment.

Suitable candidates will have strong academics and at least six year's experience in a corporate transactional role in order to have gained the range of skills and expertise required for the position.

Along with excellent communication skills, you must also have a willingness to learn and develop commercial awareness, good social skills and plenty of drive and enthusiasm to help provide an excellent client service.
