Lusona is working exclusively with our client in the south side of Glasgow to recruit a contract support administrator.
Accountabilities:
- Provide high quality administrative support for the Contracts Group
- Production of documents – O & M Manuals, Quality Dossier, Drawings, Safety Signage etc
- Produce purchase orders using in house data base
- Produce invoices using in house data base
- Dealing with supplier invoice queries
- Inventory movement
- Data collection and reconciliation
- Updating reports and issuing
- Arrange travel, accommodation and car hire
- Liaise with external suppliers
Knowledge and Experience:
- ERP System
- Good knowledge of Data Bases
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
- Person Specification:
- Flexible approach
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous administration experience essential – min 10 years
- Good negotiating skills
- Good problem solving skills

- Shows attention to detail
