Lusona is working exclusively with our client in the south side of Glasgow to recruit a contract support administrator.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide high quality administrative support for the Contracts Group
  • Production of documents – O & M Manuals, Quality Dossier, Drawings, Safety Signage etc
  • Produce purchase orders using in house data base
  • Produce invoices using in house data base
  • Dealing with supplier invoice queries
  • Inventory movement
  • Data collection and reconciliation
  • Updating reports and issuing
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and car hire
  • Liaise with external suppliers

Knowledge and Experience:

  • ERP System
  • Good knowledge of Data Bases
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Person Specification:
  • Flexible approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Previous administration experience essential – min 10 years
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Solution focused
  • Shows attention to detail
