Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has been created for a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join this global law firm, based in Glasgow.

The non-contentious construction group operates across two of the firm's core practice areas - real estate and projects and is based across the London and Glasgow offices. 

The group advises on the construction aspects of all types of property investment and development, property sales and purchases and both publicly and privately financed energy, transport, infrastructure and regeneration projects. It also advises on procurement strategy and structure and will negotiate all forms of engineering and construction contracts and associated security documentation. The group acts for international and domestic large-scale developers, public bodies, funding institutions, project sponsors, contractors and consultants.

The firm is interested in speaking to lawyers with transactional construction experience who are either English or Scottish qualified with around 2-6 years of PQE but there is some flexibility around this.
