A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Construction Solicitor or Associate with 2+ years PQE to join their non-contentious construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the UK, including major property developments and cutting-edge energy infrastructure.
Role Highlights:
- Advise on construction aspects of property developments and regeneration projects.
- Draft and negotiate development agreements, building contracts, bonds and guarantees, and professional appointments.
- Support engineering projects in the energy sector (onshore wind, hydro, battery storage, solar, tidal/wave).
- Collaborate with a diverse client base including developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders, and consultants.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor in Scotland or England & Wales.
- Experience in non-contentious construction law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Interest in infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
