Join a Tier 1-ranked team (Chambers & Partners) that acts on landmark disputes in areas including energy transition, healthcare, education, commercial development, and transport. The firm advises a diverse range of clients from major investors and contractors to public sector bodies and insurers.
You’ll be involved in:

Advising on contentious construction, engineering, and energy matters

Representing clients in adjudications, arbitrations, litigation, and mediations

Working closely with experienced partners and a dynamic legal team

Contributing to business development initiatives and thought leadership
About You:

Qualified solicitor in Scotland or another common law jurisdiction

Experience or strong interest in contentious construction and infrastructure work

Track record in handling adjudications, mediations, court or arbitration proceedings

Commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice

A proactive team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
