An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (3+ years' PQE) to join the Glasgow office of a highly regarded independent Scottish law firm. The Opportunity
You'll advise a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders, public sector organisations, retailers and corporate occupiers across a wide range of commercial property matters. The work is varied, complex and commercially focused, providing exposure to some of Scotland's most significant real estate transactions.
Your work will include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and development sites
- Landlord and tenant matters across the retail, industrial and office sectors
- Investment acquisitions and disposals
- Property finance and secured lending transactions
- Property support for corporate acquisitions and disposals
- Asset management and strategic estate advice
- Advising public sector organisations on acquisitions, disposals and estate management
About You
You'll be a Scottish qualified solicitor with at least 2-3 years' PQE in commercial property and will demonstrate:
- Solid technical grounding across commercial real estate
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive, commercial approach to problem-solving
- The confidence to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within a high-performing team
- An interest in business development and building lasting client relationships
