A new requirement has been created for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join this global law firm, applicants will ideally have 0-2 years of relevant PQE. The role could be based from either Glasgow or Edinburgh and also offers flexible working. Applicants who are dual qualified or a desire to dual qualify in England & Wales would be of particular interest.

The successful applicant will be involved in a wide variety of commercial property transactions.  These include working on high value and complex investment acquisitions and disposals, leading edge leasing and asset management work (with an emphasis on acting for landlords of major retail assets) and acting for major occupiers.

You will also have exposure to commercial and residential development work as the team has particular experience of large scale urban and regeneration projects, city centre office development, forward funding and forward sales and purchases.

The Scottish team has acted on many of the country’s most significant investment deals across each of the office, industrial and logistics, retail and alternative sectors including some of the key commercial developments in Scotland of late.

Applicants must be organised, have attention to detail, be commercially aware, enthusiastic about business development and willing to get involved in wide variety of high-quality work. Some previous experience in dealing with commercial property transactions is required.
