A leading Scottish independent law firm has a new opening for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Real Estate team based in Glasgow. Applicants will ideally have 0-2 years of relevant PQE.

The successful candidate will join a busy team and work for a renowned Partner who specialises in Residential Development, acting for a wide range of volume housebuilders and landowners in the purchase and disposal of sites for development. The team also has expertise in dealing with large-scale multi-developer sites. 

Applicants will be able to demonstrate an appropriate range of legal knowledge within the property and infrastructure sector to join a thriving and growing practice in residential development.

In addition to the technical skills, you will be able to work as part of a team, have strong problem-solving skills, and be willing to take an active role in the commercial development of the business.
