Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to move into a non-fee earning people development role.

A leading UK law firm, has a new requirement for a part-time Professional Support Lawyer to join the Commercial Property team based in Edinburgh. Applicants will ideally have at least 6 years of PQE working as a Scottish Commercial Property Lawyer. PSL experience is not required.

The successful candidate will join a UK wide award-winning, multi-disciplinary team, ranked in the top tier by both Chambers UK and Legal 500.

The team services a range of industry sectors and asset types across the UK, including energy, offices, retail, industrial and logistics, housing, healthcare, hotels, student accommodation, government and infrastructure and rural/agricultural property.

Their clients are institutional investors, listed and private property companies, banks, developers, public sector bodies, corporate occupiers and high net worth individuals.

The Real Estate Team in Edinburgh has 14 Lawyers, including 2 Partners and the successful candidate would also be part of a UK wide PSL/Knowledge Management team which includes an English Commercial Property PSL.
