Excellent career opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join this small and highly regarded Corporate Law firm based in Glasgow. Suitable applicants will ideally be at Senior Associate level (or more qualified) however those with at least 4-5 years of PQE are also invited to apply.
The firm's clients are predominantly small/medium sized corporate/commercial clients and the Litigation department is there to deal with any disputes and problem situations that will inevitably arise through doing business in the competitive commercial world.
This includes:
- Debt Recovery
- Disputes with co-parties to contracts
- Disputes with fellow business stakeholders – including directors, partners and shareholders
- Landlord and tenant and general property disputes
- Insolvency disputes
- Intellectual property disputes
The successful candidate will be supported by the other Directors in re-building the department so excellent prospects await alongside a very competitive salary and bonus scheme. Although there is flexible working available, most employees tend to spend the majority of their week in the office and you would also be expected to get involved in business/client development activities.
