Join one of Scotland's favourite independent law firms as an Associate/Senior Associate within their Tier 1 Property Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have between 3-9 years of commercial disputes experience, including some exposure to Real Estate Litigation. The role could be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and also offers hybrid working.

You’ll be at the forefront of providing strategic commercial advice on a wide variety of Real Estate and Commercial disputes, helping the team develop and maintain their market-leading position. There is flexibility on the type of work available whether you would like to specialise in property disputes or cover a mix of property and commercial litigation.

You’ll be hands-on with a diverse range of clients – from small local businesses to large international organisations – regularly communicating and building relationships. Your role will include drafting and appearance work in litigation and arbitration, including boundary/title disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, and development disputes. You’ll also assist in negotiation and mediation, instruction of counsel, and project management of cases.
