Lusona Financial Services are recruiting for a Client Support Administrator for our client - a regional chartered IFA.  This position will be in their Edinburgh office - hybrid working, 2 days from home, and 3 days in the office.

Ideally, you will have worked in an administrative position within an IFA practice, supporting at least one adviser.  You will be well organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.  You will keep track of cases and ensure both the adviser and client are kept up to date on any progress.  Part of this role will involve preparing for client meetings and seminars and preparing and presenting correspondence for clients.

Knowledge of investments, protection, and pensions is required for this role, and you will have good IT skills - knowledge of AVELO back office system would be beneficial.  You will have a genuine interest in Financial Services and be keen to progress your career with additional studies and ensure you keep up to date with any industry changes.  Study support will be available and your exams will also be paid for.

A basic salary of up to £28K is available for this role along with a fantastic benefits package.
