Client Service Manager – Derivatives Clearing

Client Services Manager required for the Derivatives Clearing Client Service team of our Glasgow Financial Services client

This role involves extensive engagement with clients, colleagues in Operations, Prime Brokerage and the firms’ global sales force. The overarching objective of the wider team is to ensure that the client's Listed Derivatives and OTC Clearing settlement figures are accurate each day and answer all client queries promptly. This entails the resolution of all trade breaks, the monitoring of all cash activity in the account and ensuring that the account is fully margined.

This role is all about….

  • Being the Single point of contact for daily client queries, navigating the organization for clients
  • Risk management of margins, expires & market events
  • Client service reviews and meetings, sending call reports, client metrics and trend analysis
  • Increase availability of client self-service tools
  • 'Getting it right' for clients first time
  • Maintaining a client feedback process
  • Identifying and automating manual processes, thus reducing firm risk
  • Reviewing and improving client STP rates
  • Implementing the Enhanced Supervisory framework
  • Providing clients with clearing solutions, training and live demos

 About you….

You will have a technical background in Listed Derivatives, OTC Clearing or Exchange.  Strong client management skills are imperative, as is…
