Exciting new role available for a Property Solicitor looking to gain experience in the clean energy sector.

The successful candidate will join as a Solicitor in the market leading Clean Energy Real Estate team and can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.  The team specialise in advising developers, investors and funders on projects in the clean energy sector.  The work will include advising clients on the real estate aspects of developments involving technologies such as offshore wind, onshore wind, solar and battery storage. The role involves a blend of transactional and advisory work. Candidates with real estate experience and a particular interest in the clean energy sector may be well suited to this position, experience in dealing with clean energy transactions is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

The role will include a mix of English and Scottish work with an increasing focus on English work. The preference is for the successful candidate to be qualified in English Law and ideally also in Scots Law.  However, they will consider Scottish qualified candidates with a view to qualifying in English Law if successful.
