The Board have an ambitious vision for growth in support to young people in these most challenging of times. We are now seeking a CEO to deliver on this vision. Key attributes:

• Proven track record of both creating and delivering upon key strategic objectives
• Charismatic approach to leadership and be keen to continually develop your business network
• Ideally experience of managing relationships with Government at both civil servant and Ministerial level
• Experience within a Not For Profit organisation is not essential but direct or indirect experience would be helpful.

Experience of reporting at Board level. You must also be financially astute and proven to make balanced and commercial decisions.
