Candidate Engagement Consultant 

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and ambitious Candidate Engagement Consultant to support the ongoing success of our business across multiple sectors in the professional recruitment sector.

This role is all about supporting Consultants to identify and attract suitable talent to fulfil our client’s recruitment needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Candidate Identification & Attraction

  • Identifying suitable candidates for client requirements using a range of technology-based databases and research solutions
  • Utilising social media to inform talent pools of career opportunities, market intelligence and Lusona news
  • Posting online client job advertisements that will appeal to prospective candidates
  • Calling candidates to ascertain their current situation and to determine their suitability for live and future requirements
  • Creating talent pools for ‘in demand’ skill sets
  • Promoting the Lusona candidate referral schemes to attract new applicants
  • Managing the LinkedIn Recruiter tool
  • Headhunt calls to make potential applicants aware of current assignments 

Candidate Management

  • Co-ordinating interviews between candidates and Lusona clients
  • Ensuring candidates are well prepared for interviews
  • Providing interview feedback
  • Logging client and candidate actions on our database
  • Attending candidate events (when required)
  • Creating a target list of candidates placed on temp assignments
  • Contacting placed candidates to ensure they are settling into their new role

To be considered for this role you must have a background in the recruitment sector, either as a Resourcer/Researcher or have an in-house recruitment background. You will be a highly motivated, conscientious and ambitious individual with a hunger to succeed.
