An excellent opportunity has become available for a Banking Solicitor to join this global law firm. Applicants will ideally have between 1-4 years of relevant PQE and the role could be based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh with flexible working.

There will be opportunities to work on a broad range of financing transactions including real estate finance, leveraged finance, corporate banking, loan sale and purchase, asset-based lending and receivables financing transactions, both within Scotland and further afield.

The team advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions. They act for all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of debt financings. They also act for many borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises. The practice is broad and very varied.
