This leading offshore firm is currently looking to recruit two Newly Qualified Solicitors to join the Corporate team in Jersey, to specialise in Banking & Finance. Applications will be accepted from Solicitors who have either recently qualified or are due to qualify in 2024.

The successful candidates will join a top tier offshore finance team comprising of 5 Partners and a number of other Senior Lawyers. You can expect to be involved in the full range of banking & finance work acting for both lenders and borrowers in relation to restructuring and corporate rescue, acquisition finance, fund finance and real estate finance. There is also scope to gain experience in to debt capital markets, high yield, securitisation and structured finance transactions for clients which include global investment banks, private equity groups , LSE Main Market, NYSE, Nasdaq and AIM listed companies and issuers.

On offer, is a very generous basic salary and opportunity to earn bonus all whilst benefitting from a low income tax rate of 20%.
