A new opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join one of Scotland's leading independent law firms. Applicants will have at least 5 years of PQE and can be either full or part-time. The firm has a very flexible hybrid working policy so there is scope to spend time in either of the Glasgow or Edinburgh offices as well as working from home.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver an excellent client focused legal service, in all areas of tax and succession planning covered by the private client team. This will include providing clear advice on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax, on the preparation of wills; on wider estate planning; Powers of Attorney; complex executry administration and on the creation and administration of trusts.
