Your New Role
In this role, you’ll support senior colleagues across all commercial and cost-management functions. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with cost planning, measurement, and estimating
- Supporting the preparation of bills of quantities and tender documentation
- Contributing to valuations, cost reporting, and change management
- Liaising with internal project teams, clients, and contractors
- Ensuring accurate financial control and supporting project delivery
You’ll gain exposure to pre‑ and post‑contract duties, with structured support to help you advance toward chartership (RICS).
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or working toward it)
- Previous experience in a consultancy or contractor environment is desirable
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
