We are looking for a motivated and organised Junior Project Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will learn how to support customer projects from start to finish—helping with enquiries, preparing quotes, and making sure orders run smoothly. This is a great first step into the world of sales and project coordination, with lots of opportunities to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do:

Support the sales team by helping manage customer enquiries and preparing quotes

Learn how to follow projects from the first enquiry to final delivery

Help keep customers updated on their orders and build good working relationships

Assist in organising showroom visits and product demonstrations

Take part in team meetings and help gather information for customer projects

Keep records up to date using our systems (we’ll train you on how to use them)

Work with other teams in the business, such as logistics and operations, to support smooth project delivery

Help with sourcing materials and making sure everything is ready on time

Learn to read basic technical documents, drawings, or plans (full training provided)
What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills
