Great opportunity for a school leaver or someone starting their career in sales and project support

We are looking for a motivated and organised Junior Project Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will learn how to support customer projects from start to finish—helping with enquiries, preparing quotes, and making sure orders run smoothly. This is a great first step into the world of sales and project coordination, with lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the sales team by helping manage customer enquiries and preparing quotes

  • Learn how to follow projects from the first enquiry to final delivery

  • Help keep customers updated on their orders and build good working relationships

  • Assist in organising showroom visits and product demonstrations

  • Take part in team meetings and help gather information for customer projects

  • Keep records up to date using our systems (we’ll train you on how to use them)

  • Work with other teams in the business, such as logistics and operations, to support smooth project delivery

  • Help with sourcing materials and making sure everything is ready on time

  • Learn to read basic technical documents, drawings, or plans (full training provided)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to learn

  • Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills

  • Good communication – both in writing and speaking

  • Comfortable using email and basic computer tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)

  • Interest in sales, construction, or technical products is a bonus

  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team
