Admin Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in an administrative support role. The position is based in Glasgow, with some travel required and occasional home working depending on the needs of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of the organisation, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Prepare agendas and take minutes for committee meetings, including disciplinary committee sessions.

  • Support the team in implementing modern technology to enhance the services provided.

  • Develop competence in using the Xero Accounting System, with full training provided.

  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support.

  • Work within a progressive environment that values lean processes and continual improvement.

  • Maintain familiarity with standard desktop applications.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Enthusiasm for the role and willingness to learn.

  • Experience with administrative and secretarial tasks.

  • Familiarity with the Xero Accounting System (or willingness to learn).

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in a progressive, process-driven environment is beneficial.

  • Proficiency with standard desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Core Hours:

  • 18 hours per week.

  • Flexible working hours can be considered.
