We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our clients finance department.
Duties will include
- Managing the purchase and sales ledgers
- Preparing payment runs
- Posting cash transactions and performing bank reconciliations
- Handling ad hoc finance tasks, including requesting and processing invoice payments
We are seeking experienced and proactive candidates with a strong background in purchase ledger and solid working knowledge of Sage accounting software.
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 08:45 – 17:15
- Friday: 08:45 – 15:45
- Full time office based
