Lusona are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant for our client based in Govan to join their growing finance team.
The main focus of the role will involve:
- Processing Purchase Ledger Invoices
- Investigate and resolve Purchase Ledger queries as required
- Manage Bank and statement reconciliations
- Process Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Preparing monthly payment runs - circa 350+ payments
- Post payments to customer accounts
- Responsible for stock accrual and reporting regularly on excel
The role will be for a fixed-term contract of 12 months, This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to join a busy finance function that could have the potential to develop into a permanent opportunity. In return, our client offers a competitive salary 37.5 Hour week which is flexible and does offer Hybrid working from home/office, a generous holiday allowance, and a bonus.
