Are you available immediately looking for a new contract role?  If so please get in touch as we are recruiting for our client based in Glasgow for an Accounts Assistant on a fixed-term contract role that will likely move to permanent for the right candidate.

The main duties will include:

  • Matching, checking, and coding purchase invoices
  • Preparation of daily payment reconciliations
  • Manage employee expenses
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Process journals
  • Ad hoc admin

Our client is looking for experienced candidates that can work on their own initiative, and have strong Ms Excel skills.

In return, our client offers a competitive salary & benefits standard 35 hour week with a degree of flexibility on start /finish times this role will be based in the client's office with covid safety measures in place for training but can also work from home if that is preferred after training.
