We are currently recruiting for our client based in Hillington for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance function as they grow the organisation through acquisitions.
The main duties will include:
- Matching, checking, and coding purchase invoices
- Responding to various finance-related queries from management and suppliers
- Preparation of daily payment reconciliations
- Manage employee expenses
- Credit Control
- Statement reconciliation
- Process journals
- Ad hoc admin
