Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Accounts Senior to join the Accounts & Advisory team of this successful CA firm. This team are exceptional at maximising the potential of their team members and enhancing their skills/experience based on personal interests and strengths. As Accounts Senior, you will manage your own varied portfolio of clients with responsibility for workflow, budgets and deadlines, as well as maintaining regular client contact in order to ascertain and meet their needs. You will act in a supervisory capacity for junior members of the team, reviewing work and providing constructive feedback and mentoring where appropriate. There will also be an opportunity to support managers with ad hoc advisory projects and identify business development opportunities through which to further support your clients. 

This is a varied and interesting role that would suit a commercially minded problem-solver with excellent communication skills. You must also demonstrate an interest and passion for supporting colleagues and developing the team’s technical knowledge and abilities. The firm have a dedicated training programme to develop your commercial awareness and managerial abilities in support of future progression.

You must be a recently (or soon-to-be) qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/ACA) with previous experience gained within accountancy practice. Strong technical skills are essential, as are client management abilities and demonstrable commercial acumen. Experience of cloud accounting packages would be advantageous.
