Experienced and passionate Manager required to join the Accounts and Advisory team of this highly-regarded accountancy practice. With a keen interest and significant investment in technology, as well as a key focus on establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships, the firm has successfully built a diverse and interesting client portfolio and continue to grow.

Working closely with your own portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for managing compliance and advisory duties, overseeing workflow, budget planning and deadlines as well as involvement with ad hoc consultancy projects and identifying business development opportunities for both existing and new clients.

You will act as a subject matter expert for digital/cloud accounting and be open to considering new ways of working and new systems to improve efficiencies. This role would suit someone with an enquiring mind who embraces change and is genuinely interested in the digital accounting space. As a keen problem solver, you will also work proactively to find and provide solutions to more complex client queries and projects, including system migrations, integrations, apps and digital accounting projects.

As Manager, you will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring senior members of the team, assisting with their professional development and providing constructive feedback.

You will be professionally qualified (CA/ACCA/ACA) with post-qualification experience at Manager grade, gained within a UK accountancy practice. Strong cloud accounting, financial reporting experience and commercial acumen are essential, as are excellent client relationship management skills.
