Accounts Advisory Manager
Fife | up to £60,000 (DOE) + Benefits | Hybrid working
Our client is a dynamic accountancy firm with over 1,000 employees across the UK. They currently seek an Accounts Advisory Manager to join their innovative Accounts Advisory team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a key role in providing strategic financial guidance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, with a particular focus on managing and supporting clients within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities

Review of partnership and corporate accounts, and the associated tax computations, primarily for clients within the healthcare sector,

Review of management accounts with detailed narrative commentary and bespoke reporting

Oversee and provide a competent bookkeeping service to healthcare clients, including assistance with day-to-day queries, addressing significant accounting issues, and supporting software and digital record-keeping solutions.

Manage client requests relating to HMRC, PAYE, and VAT matters

Advise healthcare clients on ad-hoc accounting, tax, and financial planning matters, offering proactive and commercially focused guidance.

Manage a designated healthcare client portfolio, managing workflow, review of accounts, client meetings, invoicing, and ensuring all statutory deadlines are met.

Build and maintain strong client relationships within the healthcare sector, understanding their operational challenges and providing strategic financial insight to support business growth and sustainability.
About you

Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experience

Experience of working within CA practice in an Accounts / Business Advisory / Healthcare team

Knowledge of the statutory and technical aspects concerning a set of partnership, limited liability and limited company accounts.

Experience of personal and/or corporate tax (preferred)

Experience of health care clients is advantageous but not essential

A confident communicator who can convey complex information clearly and engagingly
