Account Manager(s)

We seek a talented Account Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to work from home or the client's offices in the Midlands (Liverpool).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Sales Activities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently input and manage customer orders.
  • Customer Communication: Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and industry trends.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in the building materials industry (e.g., builders, timber merchants, sheet materials) is preferred but not essential.
  • A proven track record in sales and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
